I love a cocktail you can whip up and adapt for any occasion. A French 75 is one of the simplest and most classic cocktails with three staple ingredients of Champagne (or prosecco), gin (or vodka), sugar and lemon. Even easier, is when you realize how versatile it can be and how many flavor possibilities there are, like our Rosemary Rush Cocktail where we flavor it with grapefruit and rosemary or this watermelon prosecco cocktail version.

Today’s cocktail, our Watermelon Prosecco Spritz, is a gorgeous pink rendition of that tried and true classic. Vodka, prosecco or champagne, fresh watermelon, basil and lime all go into a tall glass over ice, garnished with watermelon cubes and a basil leaf. Pretty. Simple. Classic. And perfect. Cheers!
