We’ve created the perfect drink for a night in with the girls! A Strawberry Vodka Cocktail that’s a fruity champagne sparkler but not too sweet and so refreshing!

Strawberries, Thyme, Lemonade, Vodka and Champagne…Delicious, Right?

I love cocktails with herbs! Basil, rosemary, thyme, and mint all work incredibly well in cocktails. They add a depth and freshness to most any drink, just like this bubbly Strawberry Vodka Cocktail with an herbacious touch!

Start with placing fresh strawberries, a few thyme sprigs, vodka, and lemonade in a glass. Strain into a glass with crushed ice, then top with chilled champagne. Garnish with a slice of strawberry and a fresh sprig of thyme and you have the prettiest little drink you’ll be dying to share it with friends!

Strawberry Thyme Vodka Sparkler

A perfect way to start your weekend or enjoy a night in with the Girls!

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Vodka
  • 2 oz. Champagne
  • 2 oz. Lemonade
  • 1 Strawberry, quartered
  • 3 sprigs Thyme

Instructions

  • Muddle quartered strawberry and thyme together.
  • Add lemonade and vodka. Stir to combine.
  • Strain into glass with crushed ice.
  • Top with champagne.
  • Garnish with a strawberry slice and thyme.
