Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie
We're "Bananas" over our deliciously healthy Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie! So thick and creamy, it drinks like a milkshake but so healthy you can skip the workout!
My blender is always in use! Always! With 3 kids and all of us on the go, smoothies have become a staple in our world for snacks or breakfast. This one has become my midday obsession! Frozen bananas, almond coconut milk, and peanut powder blended into a smoothie that’ll make you feel like you’re being naughty… but you’re not! YAY! Peanut powder gives you all the flavor of peanut butter without the fat and creamy almond coconut milk is a low-cal, low-sugar dairy free alternative to cow’s milk. You can even add a few scoops of chia seeds for an extra boost!
TIP: Peel & slice bananas then store in zipper freezer bag in freezer for quick & frosty smoothies!
A healthy smoothie that's so thick and creamy, it drinks like a milkshake.
